Registration Form

This new program is for 3rd to 5th graders who are schooled in Benzie County. In our first year we plan on enrolling the first 30 students who register. After that number is reached, a waiting list will be created to fill potential spots that become available through the school year.

We supply violins, music stands, music books, and supervised instruction.
A registration fee of $75 for the first 30 students is required.*
